The food here is consistently fresh and flavorful, with standout items like the soft shell crab burrito, mango veggie roll, and avocado stuffed with spicy tuna. The service is friendly and efficient, making ordering and pickup easy and convenient. Although there's currently no indoor dining, the quality and variety of sushi and Asian fusion dishes make it a favorite in the Medford area.

Always a good meal at Kanamizu, with great service and very kind owners. Still no inside dining, but the food is fantastic nonetheless. The soft shell crab burrito is a must-try. Love the menu selection and quality, and the wait time is never too long. Yummy sushi with delicious options like the mango veggie roll and scallion pancakes. The avocado stuffed with spicy tuna appetizer is amazing. Kanamizu is consistent with high-quality food and the best sushi in Medford. The sushi burritos are a new favorite, and the staff is always polite. The food is fresh and ordering online is easy. The sushi selection is great, and the service is friendly. Highly recommend giving Kanamizu a try if you're in the area. The rolls are smaller than some places, but they are filling and delicious. The miso soup is fantastic, and the special rolls like the Kyoto roll are amazing with great texture and flavor.

We had a very nice dinner this evening at Kanamizu. The server was very nice, prompt, and paced delivery of our food perfectly. My wife had Harukami (spring rolls) followed by Teriyaki chicken. I had Sushi Deluxe, which had a very nice variety of pieces and which was proceeded by a delicious Miso soup. We finished with vanilla Mochi which was delightful. This was our first time at the restaurant and will most certainly not be our last. Everything was presented very well and the food was very good. The prices are very appropriate and the experience is definitely worth it.
