best restaurant ever

The first time I went to Kafe Neo was with my best friend and it was a great experience. My food was delicious, the waitress was very friendly and we didn't have to wait long. But 6 months later, I decided to go with my boyfriend and had the crappiest service. And by service, I mean someone directed us to where we could sit. When we sat down, the table was still dirty. Two busboys came and wiped the table down. We started looking at the menus and pretty much sat at the table for 10 minutes. No one came to our table. And when I looked around the waitress was doing absolutely nothing and the rest of the staff for some reason looked very miserable and kept giving us dirty looks. I got up and just walked out. I'm never going there again. That was the rudest and poorest service I've ever received.
