Recently visited NYC and had an amazing experience at Empellon Cocina. The bartender was incredibly knowledgeable about their tequila selection, making our evening even more enjoyable. The special tasting menu at the Kitchen Table was unforgettable, with 22 courses over 2+ hours, unique ceramics, and explanations from the chef. Can't wait to go back for another memorable dining experience!
