After a West Point hockey game, we made a spontaneous stop at this barbecue joint just minutes away from campus. As soon as we walked in, the air was filled with a tantalizing aroma of smoky sweetness. Observing the lively scene of satisfied patrons, it was clear that this was a place where good food and good company converged harmoniously.
