After reading mixed reviews of The Bistro, I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised by the menu offerings. The bacon-wrapped meatloaf and gouda mashed potatoes were flavorful and satisfying. The filet was cooked perfectly rare, and the mac and cheese was a generous portion for sharing. Despite being a bit pricier than expected, the overall dining experience was enjoyable.
