During my stay at the hotel, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the executive lounge was a nice perk. However, the pool was colder than expected, the hot tub had some issues, and I was disappointed to find out I had paid extra for a movie that was available on Netflix. Despite these minor complaints, I would consider staying at this hotel again in the future due to its overall positive experience. The lobby was beautifully decorated, the gym facilities were great, and the on-site bar and restaurant were convenient amenities.

Food was good but their system for handling a Prestige card sucks.
Waitress had to have managers ok before it could be accepted, but he was nowhere around. After waiting 15 minutes she returned with our cards with the surprise $7 cover charge.
Nowhere did it say this was to happen.
Save your money and go to I Mimi's
