Taking my mother to this restaurant brought back memories of the elegant dining experience once offered here, but the atmosphere has since transformed into a lively student gathering with bare wood tables and a bustling crowd. Despite the noisy start, the food exceeded expectations-the fried oyster appetizer and house salad were both delicious, complemented by attentive and friendly service. On a recent visit during a business trip, the sirloin with salad and broccoli paired with a Sam Adams was a satisfying meal, and the vibrant bar scene with nightly specials promises many more enjoyable returns.

When treating my mother to a dining experience at University Grille, we were pleasantly surprised by the vibrant student hangout atmosphere and the tasty fried oyster appetizer. Despite the lively ambiance, the service was great, and the sirloin steak with salad and broccoli was excellent. I will definitely return for the nightly specials and the enjoyable vibe at the bar.

Waited over an hour and our food and it was still not ready. Wound up eating at McDonald's instead. Better service. Cant say if the food was better since I never got to taste it.
