The experience at this bar was unfortunately marred by a mishap with a delivery service that resulted in spilled drinks. Despite this incident, the bar in Whitehall truly stands out for its exceptional service and enticing happy hour deals. Additionally, Kathy's presence adds a touch of charm to the establishment.
