The service here was fantastic, with attentive staff who made us feel truly cared for, and the atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between upscale and relaxed. I enjoyed the broccoli and mozzarella salad with swordfish, which I would definitely order again, while my wife liked the burger, and we both appreciated the great outdoor seating and pet-friendly environment.

The restaurant offers exceptional service and a wonderful atmosphere. The upscale yet relaxed vibe creates a perfect setting to enjoy a meal. Watching a college basketball game while dining added to the overall experience and made it truly memorable.

After enjoying Buffalos for many times, it's clear things have changed. Won't go back.

We have been going to Hilton Head since the 70's and just found this well kept secret. Dined at Buffalo's for lunch and had a wonderful experience. We had their Onion Soup (would love the recipe) salad, and, pizza. Sat outside and had great service.

I have dinned at buffaloes many times this time was terrible. I ordered a Cobb salad got lettuce and greens corn onions and pecans this was their Cobb salad our waiter was rude and we saw him twice during our visit not even to offer water I will think twice about going back I wonder if there is a new owner or manager
