I had an incredible experience at Carmela's, where the welcoming owner made me feel right at home, and the pizza was some of the best I've tasted in Dripping Springs. Despite its unassuming location behind a gas station, the food was exceptional, especially the penne alla vodka and shrimp pasta, leaving me eager to return for more delicious meals.

Oh my goodness, Carmela's is an absolute treasure! Tucked behind a gas station, this charming Italian haven serves pizza that'll make your taste buds dance, and don't even get me started on the pasta-my shrimp dish was so good I practically licked the plate clean!
