I discovered a fantastic poke bowl spot online and patiently waited for it to return to the menu. The trout in the poke was surprisingly delicious, even though I wished there was a bit more fish. The abundance of toppings, wakame, and flavorful sauces made up for it, and the staff was friendly and efficient, bringing the food right to my car during quarantine. Just a quick text when you're on your way or when you arrive, and they'll have your order fresh and ready.
