The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, and the service is friendly and efficient, with meals arriving quickly every time. The atmosphere is vibrant and clean, making it a pleasant dining experience. Though the beans changed in 2020, resulting in a less favorable taste, everything else remains fantastic, including the portions and the quality of the dishes served.

The food at this restaurant is always delicious, served by friendly staff and the owner, and arrives at our table with lightning speed. Each bite is bursting with flavor, making every meal a delight. Despite a recent change in their beans, which now taste bland, the overall experience of dining here is fantastic, with attentive service and a vibrant atmosphere.

Visited the Hacienda Real on Sunday. The food itself was good but the presentation was horrible....my plate looked like a salad it had so much lettuce on it and that was it for color other than a slice of tomato...the service started out good but after receiving our food we only saw the waiter once as he did a fly-by asking if everything was okay. Literally did not stop at the table...when we were done I had to go looking for somebody to get a to go box.. when I found somebody he put his out up to me when I was asking for a box and went and cleared off a table...he obviously understood what I asked because a few minutes later the waiter came back with a box and bill...I then waited for nearly 5 minutes at the desk to pay my bill....could have walked right out the door.
