I walked into Mandarin Hide and was immediately captivated by the sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere. The mixology here is truly exceptional; I ordered a drink that included egg whites for the first time and was blown away by its creamy texture and botanical flavors. The bartenders, especially Seth, not only craft incredible cocktails but also create a welcoming environment filled with engaging conversation, making it a memorable experience that I can't wait to repeat.
