Nelson handled a mix-up with my hot sauce order very professionally and offered to replace it on another visit since I couldn't return immediately. The staff overall were friendly and attentive, with one employee even offering a free drink and going beyond expectations. The food was tasty and affordable, though the chicken was a bit greasy and the toast could be more crisp; the lemonade and service were definite highlights.
