For nearly eight years, Vindu has been my go-to destination for authentic Indian cuisine, and even though I now live 30 minutes away, I still make the drive just to enjoy their food. The chicken tikka masala and lamb saagwala are favorites, along with the mixed vegetable pakora and gulab jamun. The attentive service and cozy atmosphere make every visit special, and the food consistently exceeds my expectations.
