This will be long but fairly accurate. Today 3 time in 4 to 5 weeks we tried eating at this place. 1st trip it took 30 mins to get waited on. Only 5 other tables were occupied. An hour after being in restaurant we had to ask where our food was. Waitress said sorry but we have a bunch of call in orders. Hour and ten minutes we get my plate. I have almost finished my meal when second order come to our table so we eat separately. Hour and 40 minutes.

OK second trip we get to our table and look across from us and there are two people with there plates in front of them discussing there meals and they just leave with only running a fork picking at there plate and complaining to each other. Another table near us ask waitress about where is there meal. Few later they walk out without getting there food. Will also we walked out also because after 1 hour and waitress telling us our meal is coming out still no food. We tried again today laughing at how stupid we are for trying again. We walk in and pass a table with 3 people with there food on table that they didn't eat.full plates again people left on table. Waitress dealing with customer sending food back because food not cooked right. 2 other tables come in atleast 5 minutes behind us. They get waited on get there drinks and still no-one has acknowledged we were even there . again 20 min no service we walk out. So please try to find somewhere else to eat unless you can accept terrible service and sub pat food.

Service sucks. This is a 24 hr restaurant but don't take orders over the phone on 3rd shift. Well why are you answering the phone if your not going to take to go orders. Waffle house food is waaay better. This place needs new management.
