I discovered a fantastic Korean restaurant in the Bay Area that doesn't use MSG at all due to the owner's allergy. The short rib marinated in fruit was not only healthy but also delicious, showcasing the chef's attention to detail. The Bibimbop sauce, also fruit-infused, added a unique twist to the traditional dish, making it a standout menu item.
