As I stepped into the butcher shop in Wading River, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff who offered to assist me with my purchases all the way to my car. The pot pies made by Michael were brimming with hearty chicken and fresh veggies, reminiscent of meals from my grandfather's old-fashioned butcher shop. The nostalgic ambiance of the store, complete with a wide selection of quality meats, evoked memories of a bygone era and left me with a sense of gratitude for their presence in our small town.
