I would like to vocalize my dissatisfaction concerning the service I received at the Omaha Pizza Ranch on July 19.

The employees were neglecting the buffet, resulting in numerous empty spaces. I have been a loyal patron at Pizza Ranch since you opened in Omaha. After many, many visits, this was the very worst experience I have had. The pizza buffet was empty, there were no desserts, and the Chicken buffet was very low as well. Also, on another night we were in, my friend received an improperly cooked chicken thigh. We both lost our appetites and we left before we usually would have.

The dining room was in serious need of cleaning. The people bussing were hanging around at the front counter talking. Some of them were attending their duties while the others slacked off.

The manager named Deneen kept telling employees to get busy and to smile; but they are noticeably angry because of her actions. She has a very angry look on her face; this is a stark contrast to her orders.

Deneen also was scolding the employees very loudly in the dining room. She did this in front of the whole dinning room. The employees looked upset by this. She is very rude and obviously does not care for the feelings of others. I overheard conversations among these employees that they were going to quit.
To top this off my Friend was fired from there while He was still under a doctors care for a work related injury. Will not be back. avoid at all costs.
