Hunan Village serves my favorite Chinese dish in all of northern Utah-the Hot Bean Cake, which is simply delicious, and my meat-loving friends rave about the Sichuan-style pork with hot sauce. The food is incredibly well-balanced, and I've enjoyed their spicy chicken and hot and sour soup for years, finding them to be some of the best around, even compared to places in Seattle and San Francisco. We had a great experience when we were really hungry late on a Sunday; my wife and five kids were all satisfied, especially the little ones who loved the steak skewers.
