The food here has been a mixed experience; while some dishes like the wings, zucchini sticks, and burgers have been delicious and satisfying, others such as the fish dinner and certain meals have been less impressive. The service consistently stands out, with servers like Melody, Kayla, and Felicia providing attentive, friendly, and personable care that truly enhances the visit. Despite occasional off nights, the atmosphere is welcoming, prices are reasonable, and the overall experience makes me willing to return and try more menu options.

I visited Cleats recently and tried the fish dinner, which was unfortunately overcooked and oily. Despite that, our waitress Melody provided excellent service with a beautiful smile, even though she had only been a waitress for three days. We plan to give the restaurant another chance with a different dish and request Melody as our server, as her service made a positive impact on our dining experience. The Zucchini Sticks were delicious, the restaurant was clean, and the service we received was exceptional, making our first visit to Cleats a satisfying one.
