Eaten here probably 50x in the last 2-3 years. Food is hit or miss, good for the most part, but being the only place open that delivers that late beggars can't be choosers. After tonight, I will never return and I will be encouraging everyone I know to check out primos newest location in Royal oak..
After being quoted a minimum of an hour and 15 minutes for delivery at 12:49 Friday, I agreed stating since I had no other means of getting or making food it would have to work. Over two hours later I finally called and this guy answers with "we're closed" - tell him I've been waiting over 2 hours for this pie and he says "he beat on my door forever and no one answered?" Ok guy, you even stepped on my porch and my dog didn't go crazy?! "I know I was at the right house, you had a big wooden door" he claims. "no I have a glass door and I was sitting 5 feet from the do... " guy interrupts "listen man, I was there no one answered !" By this time he's gone from rude to flat out insulting and condescending. I'm fuming now, "are you fn kidding me right now" I snapped, and like a 3rd grade teachers pet this guy cries, Profanity! Profanity! just before I hear the dial tone!
Worst day ever and hippies had me riding my bike through this storm 2 miles away @ 3am to get something to eat.. Peace Hippies and your superstar, a1+++ customer service expert, human gps, dog whispering, delivery driver!
