Slim's is my favorite pub with fantastic food, bartenders, and a friendly crowd. I especially enjoy their soups and the great deal on crab legs every Wednesday. Watching games here, enjoying their beer specials, and the overall value make Slim McGinn's a top choice for me.

We were seated by Julie at about 6pm. The pub was crowded, but no wait at that time. Immediately (within 2 minutes of sitting down) got our menus and drink order taken by Amanda. Drinks arrived in less than 5 minutes and we gave our order. Our salads were served quickly and they are great. We had the Irish Wedgie with bleu cheese. A few minutes later our main dish arrived. I had fish and chips - hot and delicious. I will certainly go back again. Hats off to the staff. We were out within about 40 minutes, but never felt rushed. Atmosphere was a general buzz of a many folks talking, and quiet music, but it was not noisy. It was a great Friday evening supper.
