The food was almost outstanding! However, I spent time watching alot of the early morning prep done! I watched as a person I'm sure was a prep cook cough up a big sticky gob of phlegm that went straight into egg wash or maybe it was Chai egg wash, then watched as that container and another was stirred, then both containers got lids, then we're put below.Im thinking that my next few days I go there I'm going to try to be there as near opening as possible and see what else I can see.maybe I'll find ways to get something on camera or video
