Had lunch with some friends before they headed out, one of them has a serious seafood allergy, so we chose this joint over sushi and it was a good call. The place was lively, with a birthday party going on, complete with sombrero-wearing and singing - made for a fun atmosphere. Our server Jose was excellent, quick but not pushy, and the food was tasty with generous portions - plus, being a PokeStop added a nice touch of fun to the experience.

My family visited Plaza Azteca for an after Christmas dinner on December 27, 2020 and was told we couldn't be seated due to one member not wearing a mask. We made sure that family member went to the car to get a mask. To our surprise, it's only required to wear a mask when entering. Multiple people were walking around without a mask & it's very tight quarters at this restaurant. When a complaint was filed, the general manager informed my family that if we didn't feel safe we can leave their restaurant & never return. The hostess was very unprofessional & so was the manager on duty. Although our skin doesn't match everyone that was in the restaurant this day, our money spent the same way. The manager stated, once customers eat & pay, they do not care if they wear a mask during Covid. This was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. Do not visit this place
