The filet I ordered was cooked to perfection, and the truffle butter melted beautifully over it thanks to the unique flame blower technique used by the waiter. My wife and I had an incredible date night at the midtown location, enjoying tender beef short ribs and a rich deep-dish chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream, all while soaking in the energetic atmosphere and attentive service from our friendly waitstaff.
