I was pleased to see that several "flavored toppings" are Sugar-free, and sweetened with Splenda (good for Diabetics), but...the soft-serve ice cream is NOT sugar free, therefore order the small size (I errantly ordered a Medium which is actually pretty big), and be ready to spike your glucose later. You CAN order just the shaved ice with the Sugar-Free flavored topping, and skip the ice cream, but...that is the ENTIRE enjoyment of this place: the ice cream and flavored shaved ice "together." Be careful.
