I visited this lively spot two nights in a row during a recent trip to New Orleans and loved the mix of reggae and old-school RnB performed by the band Higher Heights. The food was delicious, especially the jerk-seasoned chicken wings which were crispy and full of flavor, and the atmosphere had a great vibe with friendly staff and an enjoyable crowd. Although it's a bit of a walk from the French Quarter, the combination of live music, tasty dishes like jambalaya fritters and Cajun mac n cheese, and excellent drinks made for a memorable experience.
