Use to eat here often but not after tonight. Just spent one hour waiting on food while people who came in long after us got served. Was told 3times in 30 minutes our food was being cooked but after seeing more people served we got up and left. No apologies from waitstaff, just "no my fault."

We arrived for an evening meal. While the restaurant was fairly full, we were seated immediately. Chips and salsa was served immediately, but our server was slow to arrive. When he finally did we placed both our drink and food order immediately. Our drinks arrived and we waited watching new guests arrive after us. We noticed several guests receiving the wrong orders, then we noticed several tables that arrived after us received their orders while we had not. We addressed our concerns to the waiter. After 1 hour we really made it clear our order should be here. For the third time he said its cooking in the kitchen and it will be right out and again he said he wasn't at fault he was waiting on the kitchen. We waited 10 more minutes and watched 2 tables who just arrived 20 minutes earlier get served. Then they brought a plate that did not belong to us. At that point we just got up and left. We used to be regulars at Mi Carreta but after that experience we will not return. I advise anyone planning to go there to skip it and find another place more accommodating.

I got two orders to go and they were both wrong. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with onions and rice and absolutely no tomatoes because I have an allergy and they gave me a beef quesadilla with tomatoes, no onions or cheese and the rice was cold.
Our other order was missing the beans that they charged us like an extra $2 for. Not pleased at all. I expected great service because of all the good reviews, but I will not be going back.

They are very friendly and the place is very clean and the food is veryyy good... The food is kind of little high but over all is a great place
