bad service

To busy socializing to welcome visitors at the main entrance. The staff was busy smoking and joking with the security guard. My family was looking forward to check out the Cheese Castle. We said "hi" to the large staff haning around the entrance. The stopped. Looked at us. Without of any type of welcoming gesture, continued with their personal conversations. Do not waist your time at this place. Expensive. Better off going to Trader Joe's.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I just wanted to go in to look around and buy things with our 11 month old son and the security guard at the door said our son needed a mask to enter. I understand masks are a mandate now and my husband and I were wearing them, but an 11 month old must wear a mask? This is the only place we have been where my son couldn't come in. The security guards were extremely rude and when my husband wanted to talk to the manager, told us he was calling the cops.
