After experiencing a series of unfortunate events, The Mad Taco in Montpelier has faced challenges with its location. Despite this, the flavorful wet burrito and variety of salsas made my drive from Norwich worthwhile. The Al Pastor tacos were surprisingly good, and the Cubano sandwich my wife enjoyed was filling with a decent selection of local beer. The staff was friendly, but the lack of hot sauce for tacos was a downside. Overall, a solid choice for Mexican food in northern Vermont.
