Fantastic! My wife and I spent our 29 year wedding anniversary in Lake Geneva and had dinner at the Tuscan. Our reservation was honored on time and our server was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The managers, Rob and Jimmy stopped our table more than once to make sure everything was going well. I ordered Ribeye and my wife ordered twin lobster tails and we split them as surf and turf. One of the best steaks I've ever had and the lobster was fantastic! Spinach artichoke dip, bread, salad, soup and cannoli were all excellent! Wines were delicious. Thanks Tuscan for making our anniversary dinner memorable!

My family and I visited Lake Geneva a couple of weekends ago, and had dinner at Tuscan's. We had a party of 11. First of all we had to wait for a table about 45 minutes, even after making reservations. They did offer the kids drinks and the adults cocktails to compensate. After sitting at the dinner table our waitress introduced herself and not in the most happiest way. I think she was overwhelmed because she was very rude to us. We placed our order and four of us had to ask for our vegetables which were included in our meals. Our steaks were suppose to be medium well and they gave us medium rare. Upon receiving the check, we questioned the gratuity and she said that was just the suggested amount. We asked her to make sure and she was very nasty and kurt with us as she snatched the check and went to speak with the Manager. When packing up to leave, the bus boy came over to our table and apologized for her treatement of us. We will never go back to the restaurant. We were very dissatisfied.
