There's this cool cafe in downtown Cheyenne that's connected to the Paramount bar next door. The Halloween decorations inside were a fun touch when I visited. The service was really friendly, and I had a lavender latte that was made just right. I'll definitely be back next time I'm passing through Cheyenne.
