I'm giving Sakura Hibachi Buffet 5 stars because it's a true buffet experience with a great variety of food. The price is now $12.95, which is a bargain for the quality and selection offered.

For the price, this large buffet has an amazing diversity of freshly prepared food, both Chinese and America. Even the pickiest eaters will find many things they will like. Many of the staff don't speak much English, so don't take this as rudeness. I go about once per week and am greeted warmly always.
