If you've ever savored pollo feliz in Mexico, this chicken delivers that same smoky, juicy goodness without hopping on a plane-seriously, the grilled chorizo and red salsa alone had me hooked. I grabbed a catering tray that was a crowd-pleaser, though I wish the chicken pieces were a bit bigger; still, the flavors and quick service keep me coming back for more!

Los Tres Pollos is a great spot for some tasty chicken cooked en carbon - the flavors are on point! The grilled chicken and chorizo are a must-try, and the red salsa is delicious. Service is quick, and the prices are reasonable.
