If you're craving authentic Mexican food, you must try this restaurant in Hattiesburg; the steak enchiladas and Hawaiian quesadilla are absolute favorites, and the salsa and guacamole are unbeatable. The generous portions, friendly service, and reasonable prices make it an experience worth having every week!

Ate at new compadres on hwy 49 next to ardys auto spa. Worst food I have ever experienced. Waitress only brought my wifes food cause she did not understand that I wanted to eat also even though we ordered two of same thing. Had to wait for my bad food. Tea was sour with funny taste. Salsa is a joke. Taco and enchilida beef was unseasoned and taste like oven cleaner. This in no way resembles mexican food. What a horrible experience to have to pay for. Avoid this place at all costs. You have been warned!!!

True authentic Mexican food! The staff is super nice and everything I have had there is wonderful. You MUST try the carnitas tacos, they are my favorite. I will NOT eat at any other Mexican restaurant in Hattiesburg. I am a Compadres snob!
