Just as delicious as I'd heard it would be!

I went with my mom today, first time for both of us. We chose our own seats in the modern-style dining area, and the owner / chef's daughter greeted us warmly, and explained how the dining experience works. Drinks are self-served (water, sweet and unsweet tea). The food is on a small buffet, but is not self-serve - this young lady described all the foods, we made selections, and then she served our plates, more cafeteria-style. Cleaner and neater than a buffet.

Also, on Fridays, they do an International Meal, featuring food from some particular country - this Friday, we were told, it will be dishes of Hungary. I heard of friends going on a Friday featuring Israeli dishes.

Today, I had the Venezuelan beef, with sides of mashed cauliflower (like mashed potatoes), a lovely rice cooked with garbanzo beans and other yummies, sauteed squash and onions, and a delicious salad. The beef was so tender, and seasoned perfectly. The vegetables also, seasoned just right, and everything was so colorful and fresh. My mother had the mozzarella-stuffed chicken and other veggies, likewise delectable. After the main meal, we also indulged in a light but exquisite dessert - a chocolate "kiss" (really a square of delicious creamy fudge) with whipped cream, a few bites of fruit, and a light drizzle of chocolate syrup. Not only is the food wonderful in taste, but I believe it is very healthy.

As we were concluding the meal, the owner / chef came out and walked from table to table, introducing herself and warmly welcoming us to her restaurant. I really appreciated her taking the time to do that, and I highly recommend her restaurant.
