Rating this bakery a 3.5, I found the texture of the baked goods to be fluffy and moist, with a light and sweet taste that leans towards the sugary side. The setup inside the glass cupboard, where items are paired with numbers for easy bagging, was unconventional but efficient. While the vegan concha had a distinct anise flavor that may not suit everyone's palate, I appreciated the unique offerings and the friendly service provided.
