Dining here in Aspen feels like stepping into a cozy French haven, where every bite bursts with rich, indulgent flavors-from the heavenly Thai-inspired savory crepe to the melt-in-your-mouth beef bourguignon and decadent raclette. The intimate, rustic chic atmosphere is enhanced by warm, attentive service that makes you feel truly welcomed, while the open kitchen and carefully curated French music add a luxurious yet inviting touch. Although the menu offers so many tempting choices that deciding can be tough, every dish I tried left a lasting impression, making this experience a memorable highlight of my Aspen visits.
