2 friends and I arrived at Cowboys around 7 pm Sunday evening, Aug. 6. A young lady brought us water and the menu's right away and said our server would be with us promptly. The place wasn't too busy - a couple groups out on the patio and in the bar, maybe three other tables in the inside dining room. After almost 20 minutes with no attention, we left. 20 minutes is too long to have to wait to place an order or have anyone beside the water gal even acknowledge that we were there. We drove into town to the Bull Mountain and were waited on promptly. At least they acted like they wanted our business, unlike Cowboys. Your 'customer service' stinks!

This was not at their restaurant but their catering at the BMW rally in Billings... they had a 'breakfast buffet' which was some of the mix eggs like you get at the hotels breakfasts but the hotels usually have a better job of it, some mushy hash browns and two links of sausage - they did also provide a bottle of water. All for the meager price of $14... just because they had a captive audience this is inexcusable. It was already noon and they said they would not have lunch for another hour or so... good thing they didn't have it - that would have probably been $25

By far the best burgers around!
You can taste the beef so good and juicy, food, drinks and the friendly service at any time.
No comparison to any other restaurants!
