My friend and I indulged in a luxurious hot chocolate to kick off our meal at the mountain restaurant in Aspen Highlands, where the prix fixe mains offered a decadent short rib dish served with a flavorful shellfish bisque. The party atmosphere at the aprí¨s-ski event was lively and vibrant, with a DJ spinning tunes as guests sprayed champagne and danced against the stunning backdrop of snow-covered mountains under the clear blue skies.
