I can't believe I hadn't shared my love for Loaf sooner-every bite here is like a buttery, flaky love letter to Durham's food scene, from the insanely good croissants to the savory flatbreads that transport me straight to Rome. The ingredients sing, the staff are as warm as their ovens, and my kiddo's seal of approval (eyes closed, brownie in hand) says it all-this bakery's magic is absolutely real.
