I recently tried the wings at this place and let me tell you, they are fantastic! Served in convenient cardboard boxes, they were perfect for a quick meal on the go. The Reuben sandwich I had was delicious, and the fresh-cut fries were a must-try. The service was friendly, the portions were generous, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.

I have lived in karns city for 2 years, I didn't partake in millers town until I saw the wing specials for the last time =) , which is awesome, great prices for wings in house. If you are going for food pre eat a bit, the few times I've been there you will wait 45+ minutes for your order. The last time I was there and there were literally 3 folks in the dine in, 0 outside I waited roughly 30 mins of wings.

Have a little place, on the Allegheny, in East Brady, Pa. Hubby and I stop at the M. T. Inn on our way home, often/ you could say that we are Regulars- along w/ all of the good ole boys, who Belly up to the Bar. (They have recently added an entirely separate non- smoking area, for families/ children, although we still enjoy the " Bar atmosphere and entertainment" most of the time)
The food is amazingly good- mushroom soup, and chicken quesadilla, are among the best prepared, that we have had, anywhere! The portions, are huge- we often split meals- and the prices are unbelievable!
I am certain that by accepting credit and debit, the establishment will raise the prices, and decrease the portions. There is never a lack of customers, in our favorite little place, so we do not think that their "cash only" policy, is much of a deterrent.
So, put some cash in your pocket and give her another try Mr. "I only use credit" We think, that if you rate the food, and the service, next time, you will see this establishment, for what it is- a true"diamond in the ruff"!

Millerstown seems like an OK place, but I wanted to open a tab and they wouldn't let me. I can live with that, although it is nice to have a tab option available when you don't know how much you're going to order. What turned me off completely--and likely will prevent me from going back there in the future--was the fact that they don't take debit & credit cards. They are cash only, but they do have an ATM (likely with a high fee, didn't bother checking) available for those that don't carry cash. Sorry, but this is almost 2014. A lot of people like myself don't carry cash. You're gonna lose a lot of business by not taking credit cards. My opinion of them will improve if they start taking credit cards.
