Jacob was a fantastic server and bartender, and the lamb T-bone was exceptional. The shrimp and scallop pasta was good, but not as outstanding as the lamb. Staff at Double Eagle were accommodating, although a bit challenged due to a sick call. The surf and turf, featuring filet mignon and lobster, was the best steak I've had in a long time. Staff was courteous, and reservations were not really necessary.
