On a whim, my family decided on a Mexican dinner while on vacation, and boy, were we in for a treat! Each dish was a steaming treasure, with the best Carnitas I've ever tasted, and our server, Griselda, made the experience even sweeter with her charm. We feasted like kings, enjoying everything from mega burritos to fresh watermelon margaritas, while soaking in a stunning lakeside sunset that just topped it all off!
