Ridiculously good! This restaurant is a diamond in the rough, and seems out of place in South Louisiana with a VERY sophisticated sushi menu which is backed by excellent preparations and presentations. The Sakaya roll is excellent and they have a Cowboy roll (seared steak on top), and a section of the menu with creative sashimi preparations that I like as appetizers. My fav is the Lemon Pepper Albacore, and the wife loves the Tuna Sensation roll. And the fried banana desert is great. They also have hibachi dishes. I don't have to drive to Lafayette for great Sushi anymore, in fact, I would drive here FROM Lafayette, as this place matches the best that Lafatette offers for sushi. Ask for Jackie if she's waiting tables...good service and menu expertise.
