My friend brought over some amazing Menudo and Barbacoa for breakfast, and I was blown away by the authentic flavors and generous sides of warm corn tortillas, limes, and fresh toppings. The Barbacoa tacos were the best I've ever had, and I can't wait to return for another delicious meal during my next visit to Laredo!
