For $13, you get exactly what you ask for at Don Don Tei. The sashimi slices were comparable to those found at the supermarket (Mitsuwa) itself, offering a nice variety of fish over a bed of rice that was decent in quality and freshness. The meals were consistently savory and delicious, with the beef egg bowl being tasty, the beef tender and juicy, and the rice nice and fluffy.
