The local convenience store offers great food, excellent coffee, visible sandwich preparation, efficient service, a decent menu variety, and despite some cleanliness issues, it's understandable due to the high customer traffic.

I always buy my breakfast sandwich from there before I go to work. I always buy steak sandwich & club sandwich amazing how they make. And they have all imported beer.
