The fried fish tacos are my go-to, perfectly crispy with a salsa that I prefer chunkier to balance the flavors. The pollo en crema was a revelation-rich, saucy, and lightly spicy-while the chips, salsa, and house margarita rounded out a dining experience that rivals the best Tex-Mex I've had.
